Buy: $4,999, due at closing, nothing upfront; commission above the fee is credited back to you. Sell: $5,999, $600 at listing signing, the balance at closing. Homes under $900,000; higher-priced homes have their own fixed luxury property fee. Never a percentage.
Not included: showings and the final walkthrough. Book them in our Store from $60; a licensed local agent meets you at the home. Everything else from offer to closing is handled remotely by your agent.
