How Our Buyer Rebate Works in Texas

Instead of charging the traditional 3% buyer’s agent commission, we only charge a one-time flat fee of $4,999.

The seller still pays the full commission, but we rebate the difference back to you.

Depending on your purchase type:

  • Cash buyers – rebate is given at closing.

  • Loan buyers – rebate is given after closing (due to lender restrictions).

Example:

Home price: $600,000

Seller offers 3% = $18,000 commission

Our fee: $4,999 flat

Rebate: $18,000 – $4,999 = $13,001 back to you (timing depends on cash vs. loan).
