How Flat Fee Works: Upon successful closing, (assuming seller pays for the buyer agent commission) we will charge $4999 and rebate the rest of the agent commission back to the buyer. The higher the property price, the MORE YOUR SAVE!!!
Example Savings:
$600,000 home → You save $13,001 back (assuming a 3% seller-paid commission).
$1,000,000 home → You save $25,001 back (assuming a 3% seller-paid commission).
